When you pay in installments with Klarna，and Klarna run a soft credit check. It doesn’t affect your credit score.

There’s never any interest if you pay in 4 installments with Klarna. We always remind you when a payment is due so you don’t forget. If you do miss a payment, you might be charged a late fee of no more than $7.

Klarna notifies customers with payment reminders via SMS and email before each payment is due.

Currently Klarna instalments are only available for customers with US. Klarna can only be used for purchases made on viviebikes.com and the order value must be between $35 and $1000.

Your first payment of 25% of the total purchase price is due at the time of checkout. The remaining three payments will be billed automatically, every two weeks from the first payment date.

Of course! You can log in to Klarna's official website and then choose the order you wish to pay off early on Customer Portal.

There are no fees when you follow the payment schedule. Please review product terms for applicable fees.

You do not need to pay the statement until you have received your order. Contact the Vivi for a delivery update, log into your Klarna account, and “report a problem” to pause your statement until you’ve received your order.

If you need to return part or all of your order, Klarna will issue you with a new statement. Simply follow the Vivi's return instructions and make sure to take note of the tracking number. Log into your Klarna account, select “report a return”, and Klarna will pause your statement. As soon as the Vivi has processed your return, Klarna will send an adjusted invoice.If you return your goods, Klarna will automatically reduce the amount you owe.If you already paid for a refunded order, Klarna will refund the balance back to your original payment method.
