By submitting photos, videos, or text as your Campaign entry, you grant VIVI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

 

• Display your entry on our Facebook page during the Campaign period

• Feature winning entries in Campaign result announcements

 

This license is limited to Campaign-related use. We will NOT use your content for commercial advertising without obtaining separate, explicit written consent from you.

 

You retain full ownership of your content and may delete it from your own profile at any time (note: deletion before the deadline may disqualify your entry).

 

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

This Campaign is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected data from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly.
